Impact...the word itself rings with force. When someone makes an impact it produces change. At James River, we are committed to impacting people in southwest Missouri and around the world with the good news that there is a God who loves them and can make a difference in their life.
During iMPACT 08, we will be highlighting some exciting ways that you can impact your world. In addition to helping provide a building for a church in Venezuela that our students helped start, there are several Missions trips planned for 2008. You will also have the opportunity to hear from a dynamic missionary, Solomon Wang, learn more about missions in your Life Group, and personally get involved in taking the Gospel around the world by making a Missions Faith Promise. When it comes to James River Missions, our prayer is that everyone will be involved through praying, giving and going.
These are exciting times... the lives of millions of people are experiencing the life-changing power of Jesus... and we're a part of it!
